Our Story

It started with a realization: language isn't just a set of rules to memorize. It's a living, breathing key to unlocking the world. As a language instructor with over a decade’s experience, I saw a common pattern. Students could conjugate verbs perfectly but froze in a job interview. They aced grammar tests but couldn't follow the plot of a popular film. They were learning about English, but they weren't being equipped to live in it.

My original idea, CHAS (Coaching for Holistic and Authentic Skills) ESL, was born from this. I started ChasESLearning to create instruction that was deep, engaging, and human-centered – that addressed student’s motivation and purpose. We don't “teach English”. We coach you to CHASE your goals through Coaching for Holistic and Authentic Skills in English. We are inspired by every client who walks through our (digital) door with a dream and the determination to achieve it. Our story is now defined by your story.
